An Egg Defying Act

Childhood Trauma can happen in all kinds of ways. What started as an innocent prank by my younger sibling when I was nine, would turn into a lifelong disgust for all things – eggs. The smell. The taste. Even the thought of eggs would make my farts, smell of, well, eggs. However, rather than hoping that eggs do not exist, why not face this eggy problem head on? Rather than scrambling away each time an egg shows up, why not smash the illusions and emotions it brings? The Egg-Defying Act is my answer to trauma in our lives.
